- I would like you to space clear and give me Feng shul tips to make my home feel inviting for an easy and prosperous SALE.
- And notes too please on furniture placement; supportive colours, elements and ‘to do’s’ for a successful photo shoot and open home viewing.

(approx. 3 hours for a standard size home - $30 travel fee applies if beyond cbd)

- Your home or business address
- Contact details – mobile and email address.
- All family or staff members NAMES and dates of birth.
- A floor plan. (as clean as possible – it’s not necessary to have all the busy dimensions and markings – realestate.com floorplans are a perfect example)
- A little about yourselves; your home; your journey so far. Your wants; needs; intentions…..home changes you would like to make or feel…..
Feel free to write a few lines or a small story! Whatever you feel to write will be relevant to your home consultation.
