Meeting #1  

• We begin our journey with a site visit. Connecting with the land, viewing the elements of the surrounding environment and the proposed build location. 
• We then discuss your intentions and vision for your new home before exploring flexible floorplan layout options that will support you and your family.  
• This information can bring clarity and direction before you visit your architect or draftsman. 

I will help you on your floor plan journey as you fine tune and perfect the finer details prior to council submission. 

PRICE:  $650.00

(a varied cost may apply if renovating vs building)
(approx. 4 hours - $30 travel fee applies if outside the Mornington peninsula)

Meeting #2

• I will help you on your floor plan journey as you fine tune and perfect the finer details prior to council submission. 

This is also where we begin to position your home's Ba-gua story map over the developing plan.  

The Ba-gua map overlay gives us information we can explore as to where each sector of the map resides to answer questions such “where is my relationship, health, wealth, career sector, for example, and what is the symbology of their placement on my floorplan?

What story am I building?  Is there a more supportive solution… position… small detail or change needed to grow my living intentions?

• For a little ease and self-empowerment on your building journey, I will also provide you with direction and clarity on what colour pallet and elemental support is best for you.  

This makes the often-overwhelming process of choosing fixtures such as tiles; carpet; paint colours and cabinetry… enjoyable.

This building and renovation consultation is designed to meet the homeowner’s needs as they embark on their building journey.  You may feel like you want only an initial consultation to get you started… Or you may like to continue with ongoing and regular help and support.  You may even desire help with tile shopping and furniture choices.  All possible…  As each need is individual, there is an option of an hourly appointment as needed.

Hourly rate:  $150.00
